This Forum has been created with the purpose of solve your doubts and povide you all the updates to imporve the functioning of your VIT.

Also, you will find different topics treated in this Forum, and you can create new ones as well.

The subjects treated in the forum will be related with technical specifications, the way to get a fine print job, software updates, user manuals, etc.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FORUM

  • Do participate and share your knowledge and experience.
  • Do ask questions.
  • Do look to see if your topic or question is already covered before starting a new thread.
  • Do be respectful of other members with different opinions.
  • Do use the discussion room to promote topic-related educational events, research and resources.
  • Do download the updates to optimize the operation of your VIT.
  • Do upload your own parts and share them with other users.
  • Don't use the discussion room for fundraising, political advocacy, or commercial promotion.
  • Don't use the discussion room to seek funding or a job.

HOW DO I POST A NEW FORUM TOPIC?

1.       Log into your User Account.

2.       Click “Forum” on the menú bar at the top of the page.

3.       Click the main subject related to your new topic.

4.       Click “New Topic” button.

5.       Fill ot the form and click “Submit” at the bottom to post.

HOW DO I EDIT OR DELETE MY OWN FORUM POST?

                  1.       Log into your User Account.

                  2.       Go to the Forum post that you want to edit.

                  3.       Click the “Edit” button next to the title of the post. Note that you can edit your own post only.

                 4.       Edit your post content and click “Submit” at the bottom of the page.

You only can edit the post if it has no replies.

HOW DO I POST A COMMENT TO A FORUM TOPIC?

1.       Log into your User Account. Go to the Forum topic post that you want to comment on

In the email notification of any Forum post that you want to comment on, click the link below the message that will direct you to the topic.  If you are not logged in yet, you will be asked to log in.

2.       Click “Reply” button at the bottom of the Forum post.

3.       Provide a subject and make your comment. Click “Save” to post your comment.

HOW DO I REPLY TO A COMMENT?

1.       Log into your User Account.  Locate the comment post that you want to reply to.

Or

In the email notification of any Forum post that you want to comment on, click the link below the message that will direct you to the topic.  If you are not logged in yet, you will be asked to log in.

2.       Click the “Reply”  link below the comment post.

3.       Click “Submit” to post your reply.

HOW DO I EDIT MY COMMENT OR REPLY TO A COMMENT?

1.       Log into your User Account.

2.       Go to the comment or the reply that you want to edit/delete.

3.       You have two options below your own comments and replies --- edit and reply.

4.       Click “edit”.  Edit your comment and click “Submit” at the bottom.

You only can edit the post if it has no replies.

PRIVACY AND MODERATION

You will receive emails with notifications about your posts or comments and replies.

We will not share your email address with anyone else.

We will report in aggregate on the number of users, their locations, and type of work.

The following rules have been created in order to regulate and control the participation of the users in the current forum.

The forum has moderators who  ensure the fullfillment of the policy.They reserve the right to remove any posts for reasons including factual errors, comercial solicitations, partisan advocacy, or abusive behaviour.

Moderators can move a thread into another forum.

Moderators can edit the posts that:

  •           Have personal information, as e-mails, phone numbers, complete names, etc.
  •           Moderators considerate inapropiate.

Moderatos will remove the messages that:

  •           Their content is not related with the objective of the forum.
  •           Could offend other users of the forum; it is rejected the use of strong language
  •           Have racist or sexist content
  •           Have personal informations, own or third parties.
  • Realize non-constructive criticism to webs, entities or concrete persons.

The forum objective is to ease the comunications and the exchange of experiences about the VIT functioning.

It is important to remember that the site is a user-driven resource. You are talking with fellow users in a public area, so you must NEVER post private information (serial numbers, addresses, etc.) in ANY of your messages.
